Program Domains
The organising partners are delighted to announce that abstracts are now open for workshops, oral presentations and posters aligned with the JBI Colloquium 2025 theme and program domains.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Before you begin your application, please ensure you have thoroughly read the read the JBI Colloquium 2025 Abstract Submission Guidelines.
Please note:
- Oral Presentations – duration is 15-minutes (12-minutes plus 3-minutes question time)
- Workshops – duration is 90-minutes
- Posters – presented during dedicated poster walk on Day 1
- Oral and Poster abstract submissions must be a maximum of 300 words in length, excluding the title, authors/co-authors and institution.
- There is no word limit for Workshop submissions.

Abstracts must be submitted via the online portal only. Abstracts must be submitted online by Wednesday 16 April 2025 at 11:59pm GMT. No extensions or other means of submission will be considered. All details must be completed via the online portal only to allow the automated system to process your submission.
