DELEGATE VISA REQUIREMENTS
All international delegates for the JBI 2025 Colloquium Kochi will need to apply for a Conference Visa. Most countries can apply for an e-Conference visa, and you can find a list of eligible countries here. If your country isn’t eligible for an e-visa, you’ll need to apply for a regular visa at your nearest Indian Embassy.
When applying for your conference visa, you’ll need to upload clearance letters from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of External Affairs, and Ministry of Health, along with your visa invitation letter. JBI will notify you via email when these documents are ready, so you can move forward with your application.
Visa requirements can vary by country, and e-Conference visas typically take about 4 to 7 working days to process after applying online. If you don’t qualify for an e-visa or need additional help, feel free to contact a local travel agent or contact your nearest Indian Embassy.
If you're unable to apply for an e-visa, we recommend giving yourself plenty of time to meet all the requirements and receive your visa before you travel.
Lastly, please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months before your trip to India.
