About the workshop

The one-day JBI Clinical Leadership Workshop is a dynamic, evidence-informed program designed to help clinical leaders and aspiring leaders strengthen their capability, confidence and impact. Grounded in the best available evidence for effective leadership—and shaped by JBI’s 25-year history as a global leader in evidence-based healthcare—this one-day workshop provides practical tools for leading people, change and culture.

You will explore what effective clinical leadership looks like in today’s evolving healthcare environment, identify your personal leadership strengths, and learn strategies to lead with clarity, compassion and purpose. Through interactive activities, coaching-informed processes and real-world examples, you will develop essential skills in communication, conflict resolution, influence and team building.
