Open to current and aspiring clinical leaders from all healthcare disciplines, this transformative workshop equips health professionals with strategies that will assist in managing difficult behaviour, building productive teams and implementing change, thereby enabling effective leadership of projects and people.
JBI training facilitators guide participants through contemporary models and tools to develop understandings and strategies related to clinical leadership and change management in healthcare using real world examples.
The workshop includes facilitator-led group discussion, guided learning, personal reflection and analytical exercises.
