Duration and Structure
The Master of Philosophy is typically completed over two years of full-time study (or equivalent part-time). It is an ideal pathway for applicants who wish to integrate research into their professional careers, while also providing a strong foundation for those who may wish to advance further in their academic or professional journey.
Our Master of Philosophy is tailored for graduates with a strong research background, such as those who have completed a Master's by coursework or an Honours Bachelor's degree.
This program is entirely research-focused and includes structured milestones to support the timely completion of your independent research project.
The Master of Philosophy provides the opportunity to undertake advanced research, though typically with a more focused scope than a PhD.
